This Sunday was Mother’s Day, a day to thank and praise your mom for what she has done for you. Most people try to impress their mothers with big, expensive gifts. Think about this for a minute. Has your mom ever said to you that you shouldn’t have or that you are my gift?
On Mother’s Day all you need to give is a simple gift of yourself. Nothing more and nothing less. The real gift is showing that you care about her and that you are thinking of her. Remember, items can be forgotten, but words are always remembered.
Remember all these things when Mother’s Day comes around next year. This week’s query is: How can I give a simple gift of love?
